The Online Training system allows you to purchase (ESHOP) and listen to a course as well as store information about the previously obtained, shared and heard courses. The system also serves as a storage space for all the obtained course certificates and provides an option to receive reminders with regard to the certificates which are about to expire. Moreover, the website contains information about other training courses organized by the company.

Only registered system users can obtain and listen to a course. However, the registration process is really easy, fast (it takes only several minutes) and user friendly. All registered users can store all their course-related history and select an option to receive reminders with regard to the certificates which are about to expire. It could be found in the settings.

You can contact the company by filling in a special “CONTACT US” form and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

Once you purchase a course you can start listening to it straight away. If you do not wish to get started immediately, you can continue browsing through the website until your purchased course is safely stored in the system under MY COURSES menu.

For the convenience of our clients we accept several types of payment. You can pay for a course by a Bank transfer, WebMoney, PayPal or Credit Card.

A course can be listened only by the person who has paid for it or the person who has received a course as a gift via the system function SHARE. A course completion certificate is issued to the person who fully completes the course.

The Share function allows you to purchase several courses of the same kind and later share these courses (e.g. as a gift) with a friend or a colleague. The recipient of the shared course is informed about the fact via e-mail and can then access, listen and complete the course as well as receive a course completion certificate. The person who has shared the course may cancel it until the course isn’t started to be listened.

All the information related to your shared courses is stored in the menu tab “HISTORY -> SHARED COURSES -> DETAILED HISTORY”.

Hard copy is a possibility to buy a paper certificate after the course is finished and electronic version is obtained or even before starting the online course. You can buy varying amounts of certificates regardless how many courses are purchased at the rate. Notice that hardcopy is not bound to particular training. Shipping price is included.

Before you can actually start listening to a course the system will ask you to enter your personal data. It is highly important that you enter all the information correctly because the data you provide will be used when issuing the certificate of course completion. ATTENTION! Keep in mind that the data cannot be changed afterwards unless you contact the system administrator.

All the courses provided on the system are designed in the format of videos. Every course is filmed together with a lecturer which allows you to feel as if you were participating in an actual physical course. The relevant material is displayed on the slides allowing a student to visually evaluate the key information. Every chapter is concluded with an interactive session of questions enabling a student to test himself/herself on the material learned. These interactive questions are for self-reference only and will not be considered as part of the assessment process. Moreover, for extra convenience each course can be stopped any time and a student can get back to the exact place of stopping the video later. There is also an option to take notes (ADD NOTE) whilst looking-up a course or ask the lecturer a question (ASK QUESTION).

A completion certificate is issued only after a student has finished looking-up the entire course and has filled the feedback form. An issued certificate can be found in the system via the menu options MY COURSES –> HISTORY –> MY COMPLETED COURSES–> PDF CERTIFICATE.

There is a possibility to look-up 5 minutes of each course for free what allows you to form a general view about the courses offered.

The purchased course can be activated within the 6 months past the purchase date. Once the course is activated it must be completed within the period of 2 months.

The time of purchase to your e-mail will be sent proforma invoice. Within 2 weeks of receipt of the proforma invoice, you will get email invoice. 

If User requires examination (if applicable for training course) to be performed not in Online environment, it is possible to order and perform it in approved examination centers, at User’s or FL TECHNICS’ premises for additional payment. A Corporate Account is an account specifically designed for companies which organize courses for their employees. An organizer can create a special employee data base containing all the relevant personal information as well as purchase courses, receive certificates and monitor their validity.

The list can be amended by adding employees with a unique e-mail account who have not been previously registered on the Online Training System. An organizer is fully in charge of handling all information about the listed employees.

The employee should contact the organizer with regard to changing/renewing any personal information.

Upon the completion of a course ordered by an organizer it is only the organizer who will receive the certificates. If an employee wishes to receive a copy, he/she should contact the organizer.

An E-ticket is a virtual ticket to attend an online course. The course can be accessed by entering the correct code and password. A single E-ticket grants access to a single course only.
