About the instructor
Michal is a professional aviation consultant with nearly 20 years of experience supporting lessors, airlines, and MROs in aircraft transitions, redeliveries, and comprehensive airworthiness management. Since 2006, he has been helping organizations make aircraft technical management simpler, smarter, and more cost-effective.
His background includes senior leadership roles such as Technical Director, VP Technical, and Quality Director, where he built CAMO departments, negotiated lease contracts, and successfully guided multiple fleets through regulatory oversight.
Michal specializes in:
- Managing aircraft redeliveries and transitions (Airbus A320/A330/A350, Boeing 737, Embraer, and more)
- Conducting records review, compliance checks, and documentation audits
- Advising on CAMO / Part-M / Part-145 compliance for lessors and operators
- Supporting aircraft lease negotiations and strategic planning
- Leading quality assurance, EASA & FAA regulatory compliance, and audits
