Initial Package: (HF145 + FTS(1+2) + EWIS 3-8)

TRAINING TYPE:

3 Initial courses - video presentation with voice over (pre-recorded, self-paced).

PACKAGE CATEGORY AND TIME REQUIRED

Initial package is comprised of 3 initial courses:

• HF (in accordance with part 145) - at least 5 hours 25 minutes.
• FTS (phase1+2) - at least 5 hours 1 minute
• EWIS (for target group 3-8) - at least 3 hours 23 minutes

ABOUT INITIAL PACKAGE COURSES:

HF (in accordance with part 145)

Online training course. The term ‘Human factors’ refers to the principles seeking to ensure a safe interface between a human and other system components by paying due consideration to human performance.

FTS (phase 1+2)

Aviation online training program will include a short background, showing examples of the FTS accidents and incidents, the description of concept of fuel tank safety and Critical Design Configuration Control Limitations (CDCCL).

EWIS (for target group 3-8)

Online training course provides an overview of the development of enhanced aeroplane EWIS maintenance. Also the technical aspects of typical EWIS installations, supporting inspection techniques and an introduction to AMC 20-22 Aeroplane EWIS training programs.

OBJECTIVES

• Improve the level of awareness as concerns Human Factors.
• Be able to plan the action or apply a Service Bulletin and an Airworthiness Directive.
• Promote the use of proper procedures, methods, techniques and practices when performing maintenance, preventive maintenance, inspection, alteration and cleaning of EWIS.

EXAMINATION

During the online training courses, interactive questions are asked, seeking that students better understand course material.

• HF (in accordance with part 145) - no examination will be held.
• EWIS (for target group 3-8) - no examination will be held
• FTS (phase 1+2) – Multi choice questions examination after 100% completion of the course. Pass mark – 75%. 1 re-examination possible after 24 hours (if both attempts failed, full course has to be completed again).

• For private accounts: purchased INITIAL package - courses can be activated within the 6 months past the purchase date.
• For corporate accounts: purchased INITIAL package - courses can be activated within the 1 year past the purchase date.
